We paid ₹12,000 for two days, and none of the services felt worth it. The rooms were filthy, planning was pathetic, and management was a complete joke. Constant delays and incompetence meant we couldn’t properly enjoy or visit half the places we’d paid for. We were told to report at 10 PM, then left stranded until 1 AM because nobody seemed to know how to manage the trip. The coordinator was useless, and the driver was rude and arrogant, with no concern for passengers even in extreme heat. After taking everyone’s money, they acted as if they were doing us a favour. They never accepted responsibility, argued with customers, and showed no professionalism. A huge thanks to Trek on India for one of the worst travel experiences imaginable. If you’re considering booking with Trek on India, save your money and sanity. They seem good at taking payments and delivering disappointment. I consider my money donated to a bunch of greedy beggars running a travel business they clearly don’t know how to manage.
