The room was in poor condition, and the toilet was dirty and badly maintained. The AC blew straight at my head and feet the whole time, leaving me very uncomfortable and with serious health problems. I’ve now been advised to take long-term rest, which I believe is due to the room setup and the lack of care for guest safety. The food was also very poor, both in taste and quality, and seemed unhygienic. The basic cleanliness standards weren’t met, and I found the place unsafe and badly managed. It doesn’t seem suitable for tourists, families, or anyone who needs a restful stay. I’m posting this after my stay today to raise a serious complaint against Hotel Krishna Tourism Home and warn future guests. The management and relevant authorities should inspect it, and the hotel needs to improve room safety, AC placement, hygiene, and food quality. This was a very bad experience, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it.

The cafeteria downstairs was the one good part. It looks plain, but the vegetarian food is homely, and the women on staff were especially professional. The room they charged a rate comparable to a three-star place for was dusty and unsanitized. The bedsheets were stained and the blankets looked used, so I bought sheets, pillow covers, and towels from a nearby textile market just to get through one night.

Their warm service was the best part of the stay. The food may not satisfy you, but the staff made up for that with how kindly they treated us. The hotel is right by the old bus stand. Worth trying if you're visiting Tenkasi.

For a night in a small town, it’s alright. It’s a little more than a lodge, that’s about it. The food, though, is really good and worth trying.

The location is handy, close to the bus stand and a nearby temple, and the hotel is clean and quite good. Parking could use some improvement.
