We had a good stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were helpful. The key card was the one hassle, it kept deactivating when we tried to unlock the door, so we had to go downstairs to recharge it.

I went yesterday expecting a good meal, but waited more than an hour for the food. That delay really soured the visit. I hope management improves the speed of service and the way customers are handled.

We waited about 30 minutes and still had no food. Service was really slow, and the staff came across as arrogant. People at another table were shouting because they’d waited around 45 minutes and then got the wrong order. The quantities were very small, not even enough for one person. My thali was missing three dishes that my mom and sis had, but we were told there were only six, even though theirs had nine. The eggs took another 20 minutes, and the prawns were only about six pieces, mostly shells with no prawns. They charged me 2k rupees. With the slow service, attitude, and poor portions, it was a total waste of money. I’ll never go back.

The room smelled odd the whole time, and it was dirty, with sheets that looked unwashed. When I asked for clean towels, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The AC barely cooled the room, the Wi-Fi was too slow to use, and breakfast was cold and tasteless. I’d booked hoping for a relaxing stay, but it was a huge disappointment and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it.
