There’s no lift from the ground floor parking up to reception, and no bellboys to help with the luggage.

We were left looking for another hotel in the middle of the night after they cancelled our booking late, without telling us beforehand, and then refused to give us rooms. The front office manager, Vineeth, cancelled it at 1 am, and his response was incredibly frustrating. The way they treated us felt awful. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Don’t book here, the service was the worst.

The rooms are roomy and good, and the staff are polite. The location is nice and the price is reasonable. But there’s no food available at the property, not even tea or coffee, and they won’t provide morning tea or coffee before 10am. They give contact numbers for two or three nearby restaurants for breakfast and meals, but we found it hard to get tea and breakfast in the morning.

Booking for my family was hassle-free. The staff were polite on the phone and gave me all the details I needed. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
