Fezinn Hotel

The scenery around Fezzinn Hotel, Wayanad was amazing, and the pleasant, relaxing atmosphere made our annual meet even more memorable. I was very satisfied with the stay. The rooms were comfortable and the surroundings beautiful. I'd recommend the place for group events as well as personal trips.

The warm welcome and excellent service stood out from the moment I arrived. My room was tastefully designed, spotless, and had all the comforts I could ask for. The attention to detail in both the atmosphere and service made the stay feel refined and memorable. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed at AIMER while attending a workshop as part of the program. The food was okay, not remarkable but manageable. The stay itself was disappointing, with very little service support. The rooms had been arranged by the organizers, but the receptionist didn't seem to know the booking details and handled the confusion rudely, dismissing it instead of checking with colleagues. Our first assigned room was already occupied, with luggage inside and a strong cigarette smell. We were moved to another room, but its phone didn't work for calling reception, and there was no dental kit. Cigarette smell lingered throughout the hotel, including the reception and rooms. It felt as though every room was a smoking zone. The smoke detectors also appeared to be covered in plastic, seemingly to prevent smoke alerts, which was alarming from a safety standpoint. I hope management improves coordination, hospitality, cleanliness, and the guest experience.

The view from the room was great, and both the room and bathroom were neat and clean. The reception staff were courteous and efficient. I chose this hotel based on its good online reviews, but the amenities disappointed: the children's play area was poorly managed, the doors in the women's pool changing rooms were damaged, and the pool was over-chlorinated while slime still covered the tiles.
