I’ve stayed here with my family often and would recommend DreamInn hotel for a good stay and peace of mind. It’s very conveniently located just a few steps from Thane Station, with budget-friendly prices. The rooms are spacious, the washrooms clean and hygienic, and service is top-notch. WiFi is available, and food was delivered as ordered, both Veg and Non Veg. The owners’ supervisors manage things well, and the staff are humble and patient. The ambience and customer care are just right.

Worst experience ever in my whole life. The staff weren’t supportive at all, and even the receptionist lady didn’t try to cooperate with us. It was my bad luck that the hotels we usually book, maurya n alka residency, were sold out, so I had to book here. Totally disappointed.

The room was cozy, and the location is very crowded. There’s no parking, no hot water, and the TV only has YouTube with no other channels.

The staff were helpful and nice, and I had a great time at the hotel 🙂

Being near the station was convenient, but the room itself wasn’t in good shape and the cleaning was poor. The reception staff and others there also behaved badly. For what they charge for a full day, I could get a room at a good hotel.
