The staff at Freesia by Express Inn were a standout, polite, professional, and well trained. They were attentive without crowding us, and seemed eager to help. From check-in to table service, interactions felt smooth and gracious, with personalized recommendations that made the visit feel special. The venue is clean and spacious, tucked away from the city's busy pace. The airy layout offers plenty of privacy, and the maintenance and hygiene were consistently top-notch, including in the event spaces. Contemporary interiors, plush seating, elegant lighting and calming colors give it a refined feel. It works for a corporate meeting while still feeling comfortable for a meal or gathering with friends and family. Its setting and hospitality make it a distinctive destination in Mumbai.

After two years of regular visits and comfortable stays, this time I was met with rude behavior that I hadn't expected. Room service staff remained polite and respectful, but the food department and kitchen staff came across as harsh and unprofessional. I was also charged for lemon pieces that appeared on the bill as bread. Food portions seemed noticeably smaller even though prices had gone up. Those details left me feeling the kitchen management was taking a petty, short-sighted approach to guest service. I'm sharing this sincerely and respectfully, and hope the concerns are taken seriously so future guests have a better experience.

At Freesia by Express Inn, the waiters barely acknowledged us and seemed uninterested in serving. We were left feeling like a bother instead of customers. No one explained that the restaurant seemed to work on a self-service basis. We had to get basic things like water and cutlery ourselves, with no guidance. For a place presented as a proper dining establishment, that lack of service was baffling and unacceptable. If I wanted to serve myself, I'd have stayed home. The disorganized, inattentive staff and absence of even basic customer service made this one of my worst dining experiences. Management should overhaul its approach. This was simply unacceptable.

We were traveling by road from Goa to Mumbai and needed sleep before continuing on to Delhi the next day. Instead, we spent the entire night killing mosquitoes. They filled the room and kept us awake, especially frustrating after a long drive. The sheets were torn and clearly below an acceptable standard, and the room lacked basic comfort and amenities. For nearly ₹5000 for only a few hours, the stay felt badly maintained and not worth the price. It was one of our worst hotel experiences, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone needing basic hygiene, comfort, or rest.
