The person at the entrance was very helpful, and the rest of the stay was good. I was there for 4nights. One thing bothered me: I arrived after 11 pm and ordered room service that first night, but the food came in a plastic takeaway box even though I paid for inroom dinning. I'm not sure why. The restaurant hospitality could improve.

Hardik Rajput made a big difference to my great stay at ibis Thane. He was polite, attentive, and quick to help, with a calm, positive manner that never felt forced. He understands what guests need and handled things smoothly. The little touches and timely help are why I'd want to come back. I really appreciated his outstanding hospitality.

The lobby is large and nice, and the hotel was good overall. My twin room booking couldn't be honored because I was told twin rooms weren't available, and there was no compensation. A complimentary breakfast would've been a nice gesture. The rooms have a European style, and the bathrooms feel like plastic cubicles, though they were clean.

I attended a pre-wedding Sangeet at this hotel and had a very pleasant time. The decor was elegant and quite tasteful. Service was professional and came with a smile. The food was amazing too, from the starters and soups to the buffet main course and sweets, all with distinctive tastes and flavors.
