At 11:30 at night we were left on the road, with nobody seeming to care. I'd booked another property, but the manager there said on arrival that all the rooms were full, even though we had a booking ID showing our reservation was confirmed. We called OYO customer care about 4-5 times. Each executive said they'd contact the property manager and put us on hold, but nobody took the complaint seriously or helped us. Finally one suggested Hotel Stay Inn. I asked for the manager's number and brought him onto a conference call, but he also said there was no vacancy. What a terrible experience with OYO. Thanks for such incredible service.

The room has new interiors, a comfortable bed, a working TV with all hindi channel, and AC in good condition. Hot water is available for bathing, and breakfast is available after 9am. But there's no daily cleaning, and the drainage is so poor that bathing brings a very dirty smell. The power plug is in an awkward spot.

The owners become literal demons when it comes to payment and rates, but they barely even look in when it comes to service. The hygiene is very, very bad, the AC didn't work, and the night lamp was broken. I complained, but they didn't replace it. Never be cheated into staying there. Third class.

The room and toilet both smelled bad, and the toilet wasn't cleaned properly. The room was small and untidy, with no table or internet. There was nowhere to keep soap and other items, and they didn't provide toilet paper. Breakfast was very bad, and there was no dining room to eat in. I asked for a refund so I could arrange another hotel, but that wasn't possible. Very bad condition.

I usually stay with OYO when I travel, but this is the worst hotel. There was no free WiFi, and the cleaning staff offered no support. The drains were choked, and there was no wardrobe or locker to keep valuables safe. Mosquitoes are a real threat here. I wouldn't recommend it for families.
