The room smelled unpleasant and was in bad shape, especially for the high price. I had no privacy, with mirrors all over the room, and the staff were rude. Couples thinking of staying here should avoid it.

There was a marriage hall, and wedding guests kept walking around outside the hotel rooms, so there was no privacy. A really bad experience for me.

The AC in Shubham banquet wasn't working at all. It was pathetic, so please don't book the banquet.

We've stayed here several times over the past few years while visiting family. Every visit, we've found cockroaches and other pests in the room, and the sheets look unhygienic. The washrooms have always been dirty, with limescale on the taps, and seem rarely cleaned. Basic hygiene is really lacking. The staff are okay and generally try to help, though they're far from the best. I wouldn't recommend the place. Check the room carefully before paying.
