The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made it easy to relax. Room service was quick, and my requests arrived without me having to follow up. The staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. I’m currently staying at a South Coast hotel in Thane, and the food has been excellent so far. It’s fresh, tasty, and prepared just how I like it. I’ve had a fantastic experience and would recommend the hotel to people visiting.

The lunch and breakfast buffet was so tasty, and the room had a lovely ambience, with a luxury feel at an affordable price. The service was really good too. I’d suggest people around Mumbai come visit. A must-visit!

The rooms are small, the beds and sheets weren’t clean, and there was a really bad smell from the drainage when you opened the windows. Not worth it at all.
