Silverador Boutique Hotel

I live just behind this hotel, and the staff are ill-mannered. They speak to you like talking to you is a favour. I booked a room for guests coming to my brother’s wedding, and paid all the extra charges for early check-in and hourly use. At first I only needed it for 7-8 hours, but later decided to extend the stay overnight. I’d already paid them over 5,000 for those 7-8 hours, which is their overnight rate. When I asked reception to extend the booking, he said I had to pay right away. I asked for 30 minutes because I was in the middle of my real brother’s phere and couldn’t leave. He made me come to the hotel during the wedding and said he’d throw my guests’ luggage out if I didn’t pay. It was a really bad experience. He didn’t even apologize, and I’d never recommend this hotel. Don’t expect hospitality here. Zero stars, never book.

There were no toiletries, not even the basics, and the general cleanliness seemed neglected. From the moment I walked in, a foul smell made the room uncomfortable. I also found cockroaches, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming basic hygiene.

I stayed one night before continuing my journey, and it suited my needs well: midway to my destination, right on the main road, with a restaurant next door. The place is easy to reach using the map location. Rooms are small but neat and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I arrived late at night, but reception still explained the policies, services, breakfast, and last order time in detail. They also said I could order through Swiggy. I’d booked for three people. The room had a double bed and a convertible sofa, which they had set up when I arrived, with pillows and blankets provided. There’s a buffet breakfast option, but I left early and didn’t try it, so I can’t comment on the food. I understood that they don’t serve non-vegetarian food. I’m not sure about parking. The reception lobby is on the first floor and you reach it by lift. Hot water and tea and coffee were available, and when I wasn’t happy with how the bath towels looked, they replaced them straight away. Dental kits were available on request. I booked through MakeMyTrip, then was told at checkout that booking directly by phone would have got me a discounted rate. I’d recommend trying that if you plan to stay.
