Hotel Blissful

We had a really pleasant stay in a comfortable, well-kept hotel, and the staff were helpful the whole time. The friendly welcome made a good first impression, and we'd choose the place again on another visit. They can also help with decorations for surprises and special occasions. Passing along the corridor, I saw cheerful staff decorating a room for a birthday surprise.

We booked seven rooms, not just one or two, and I can't think of anything good about this hotel apart from its central Thane location. The rooms were tiny, even smaller than a bathroom, with no ventilation. Bedsheets were untidy, service was awful, and the staff seemed poorly trained. They first said water would cost extra, at twice the MRP, then later said they were out. At 1am we had to look for a shop. The compact rooms shouldn't cost more than 500rs, and even the so-called deluxe ones shouldn't be above 1200-1300rs, location included. Save your money and don't stay here.

The rooms are maintained well and the staff are fairly polite, with decent prices in a good locality. For families, I'd skip the compact rooms and choose standard or higher. Compact is okay for bachelors. It works as a place to stay with family or friends.

I was very happy with the service. The rooms were clean and very good, the prices affordable, and the staff helpful. They also have a good food facility.
