At night, I asked a hotel boy whether the water bottles were complimentary, and he said they were. At checkout the next morning, they charged me for them. The bottles they served cost 20 rupees, but I was charged 30. I don't know whether the owner is involved, but the staff are running a fraud, in my view. It was my worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Please check my review before booking. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give.

The poor cleanliness and unfriendly staff made this a terrible experience. I expected a decent stay when I booked, but I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

They call the rooms deluxe and super deluxe, priced at 1000 and 1200, but to me they feel worth only 500 or 600. The walls aren't good, the TV doesn't work properly, and the AC won't let you adjust the temperature. Room 206 also has water leaking from the AC.

My cycling partner Arjun and I arrived here after covering 182 km on the first day of our Delhi to Manali ride. We were comfortable, the interior was very good, and it felt like good value. The staff took good care of us and our bicycles, and were ready to help even early in the morning. We were here in March 2019. This photo was taken just before we left the next morning.

The room was spacious, though the bathroom was very small. The main drawback is that there's no lift, while reception and the rooms are on the first and second floors. I had to carry all my luggage up to the first floor.
