The rooms are spacious, but basic hygiene and facilities were missing. The sheets and blankets were dirty, the pillows looked like they had never been washed or replaced, and the toilets were badly maintained. The flush, hand shower, and water heater weren't working. The room phone had no connection, so I had to go downstairs each time I needed reception, the hotel, or room service. Modern technology 😆. The attendant didn't know how to fix any of the problems we faced. We paid Rs.2250 per night, and it didn't feel worth even Rs.500. This was the worst stay of my life. I wouldn't recommend it for a family.

The attendant was drunk when he showed us the room. When we raised the cleanliness issue, he argued with us while barely in his senses. The rooms are spacious, but that doesn't make up for the condition.

The room was quiet despite Arasu Regency being right by the highway on the Thanjavur to tiruchy route, so I got a good night's sleep before carrying on. It was clean, cozy, and well looked after, making it a comfortable stopover. The staff were friendly and quick with check-in and any requests I had. It's in a convenient spot for travelers, and I had an outstanding stay. I'd highly recommend Arasu Regency to anyone passing through.

The first impression wasn't good. The room came with used sheets, blankets, and towels, though they replaced them when I asked. There was no soap or handwash in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, and the AC had no remote. It was stuck on a setting that was too cold, so I had to switch it off. There wasn't any bottled water either. For 6K for two nights, I expected the basics to be ready without having to ask. They seemed short-staffed, with the same person doing housekeeping and then helping in the restaurant.
