Biverah Hotel & Suites

Biverah Hotel is reasonably priced, so it can work for a short stay or if you’re trying to save on accommodation. The in-house restaurant is good, and the food itself was decent, but an LPG shortage during my stay reduced breakfast to poori and idlis, with no variety. The location wasn’t convenient for me. There were no nearby restaurants or supermarkets for other food or basic needs. I booked an executive room, but it felt old and less maintained than I expected. Reception service was average and could be more responsive and welcoming. It’s an option on a tight budget, though facilities, service, and the guest experience could improve.

We went to the Christmas Eve buffet at the biverah Hotel after reserving a table. The quiet, relaxed atmosphere was a pleasant surprise: it wasn’t crowded, and most of the other guests seemed to be staying at the hotel. Staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. At around 700 per person including taxes, the buffet felt reasonably priced. There were four non-vegetarian dishes: two chicken options, beef, and fish. The food was tasty and satisfying, if not especially lavish. Dessert choices were limited. We enjoyed the outing, and the calm setting, good service, and decent food made it worthwhile even though the spread wasn’t extensive.

Good location and quite a reasonable price, but this is only suitable for a budget stay. I’d say it’s a two-star hotel at most, and only stay here if you have work nearby. The room was okay, but it wasn’t cleaned at all during my three-day stay. Breakfast was useless. You have to ask what’s available because they keep the eggs hidden. The coffee and similar drinks are more like what you’d get at a two-star OYO.

The food was enjoyable, and the staff were all helpful, especially the restaurant team. The room was spacious and neat. One of the best hotels in Trivandrum. We’ll visit again, thank you.
