I enjoyed staying here. The ambience was good, the staff were polite, and I liked the Ghee Roast.

I booked a few months ahead, but renovation noise kept me from sleeping properly. I didn't complain at the time, though a 4 star hotel should take issues like this more seriously. Otherwise, it was just an average experience.

The staff were attentive and made the visit pleasant. Rooms were good and lived up to the reputation, and the stay felt superior from start to finish. The accommodations were exceptional and well appointed.

The service at Gravity bar was awful. The woman serving us was extremely rude when I went with my friends, and it almost spoiled our evening. It could have been a decent place, but I wouldn't recommend it with customer service like that.

The soundproofing was poor, so we could hear noise from other rooms. The rooms themselves were extremely small, and the washroom exhaust fan wasn't working, leaving poor ventilation. When I mentioned it, the people there dismissed it as no problem and walked away. The room had lots of high-tech features but missed basic things like proper soundproofing. At breakfast they charged Rs. 35 for a mineral water bottle worth Rs. 20, which felt unacceptable after the high cost of a night's stay. Not recommended.
