I came in for work and was pleased that they let me check in in the morning, which many hotels won't do. The person there then was nice, as was the person who showed me the room. At checkout, though, a different older man at reception was very rude and seemed to have no idea how to deal with customers. I had paid Rs 1000 in advance. Nobody had told me the room price at check-in, though I had a rough idea and that was fine. I only asked what the total cost was and what balance I was owed, and he got upset, saying they weren't thieves and would return it. Be careful about asking questions, since he may get angry. I nearly gave one star, but changed my mind because of the morning staff. Owner, please have more tolerant people who treat customers nicely at reception.

We spent three days here as a family, but the stay wasn't satisfactory. There was no hot water at all, and they didn't provide even basic drinking water. Guests shouldn't have to keep buying bottled water, so I hope management addresses these basic needs for future visitors.

The old man at the front desk was extremely rude and arrogant. This is a low class lodge, and much better rooms are available nearby, so don't book online here. Miserable people can ruin a good holiday.

We booked two Duplex Deluxe AC rooms for two days during a family pilgrimage. The duplex setup gave us extra comfort, and both rooms were clean, spacious, and well suited to a family. The location is easy to find, near the city center and major temples. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and responsive. Parking is limited, though manageable if you have a small car. A comfortable, budget-friendly base with good access around Trivandrum.
