The room was clean and tidy, but service was the biggest letdown. The staff came across as very unprofessional and treated guests poorly. I didn’t try the food or sign up for breakfast, and it looked like there might not be a kitchen. Early check-in depends on availability and costs an extra 100 rupees per hour. I booked a Classic double for one person for one night through Agoda, for about 1200. The room had a double bed, attached bathroom, AC, and TV. The bathroom lock didn’t work properly and had been patched up in a lodge-like way. The AC fan couldn’t be adjusted and stayed very strong even at a 32°C setting. The regulator was faulty, so the fan kept running at full speed. It’s within walking distance of Technopark phase 3 and kulathoor junction, but you’ll need an auto to get to other places. It isn’t easy to reach from the main road. Average stay. Book here if you can’t find a good nearby hotel.

Calm, quiet place with clean, tidy rooms and friendly staff. A nice spot for families and couples.

There’s ample parking and the rooms are nice. It’s very close to the main road and about 1 km from kazhakoottam junction.

The breakfast they provided was supposedly brought in from a local shop, which looked unhygienic and untidy. That felt unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer hospitality. Staff were unhelpful and extremely unprofessional from check-in right through check-out, making the whole stay unpleasant. I had a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean stay.

The staff at four square inn were really helpful, and their service was great. They allow early check-ins, and the rates are affordable compared with nearby hotels. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, with lots of parking space. It’s near technopark and UST global, and lulu mall is easy to get to from here.
