The staff were so kind and helpful, and they made me feel welcome. The room cleanliness was disappointing for what I paid, though. The floor was dirty and there were stains on the bed, which put me off. It was a decent stay in some ways, but I hope they do a better job maintaining the rooms.

The freshly cooked food is the best part, even if it takes a little longer than usual. The restaurant has good food and genuinely welcoming, down-to-earth service. Wishing the place all the best.

We were two families, including a 2-year-old child, an 8-year-old girl, and a feeding mother, and the night’s disruption made the next day uncomfortable for everyone. I had booked two deluxe rooms, but when we arrived around 10:00 PM, staff told us to go for dinner while the rooms were cleaned. When we came back, they gave us one suite instead of the two rooms, which could not work for our group. After I complained, they gave us another room in a very unhygienic state. The AC did not work, the washroom was dirty, the floors were filthy, and the sheets were stained and unclean. I complained again around midnight, and the receptionist casually said our booked rooms had been given to an earlier bulk booking. We had no choice but to put both families in one room. The whole trip was ruined. The hotel showed poor management, no accountability, and no regard for guests' comfort. I will never recommend it.

I've been a regular guest for years, but my stay from 14th to 16th October was one of my worst here. Staff said management had changed, and the service and maintenance certainly seemed worse. The first room's AC was broken. Even after I explained it, the technician thought it was a remote issue until cleaning staff told him otherwise. I was moved, but the AC in the next room made a loud noise that kept me from sleeping. There was dust all over the table, chair, TV, and almost every surface. A random, constant noise from the toilet was disturbing, especially at night. The intercom only connected to the restaurant, not reception or housekeeping, so I couldn't reach them directly. Breakfast was another letdown: only idli and poori, with no fruit, omelette, dosa, or fresh items to order. The food was below average and not worth having included in the booking. This was an entirely unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Other decent options in the city offer much better comfort and service for the same price. If the new management is responsible for these changes, they need to fix things fast before losing all their repeat guests.
