The bathrooms were in awful shape, and the dusty, unclean room seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The conditions set off my allergy and I couldn’t sleep properly. The bedsheets and pillows had stains; they changed them once, but the replacements were stained too. We had booked a Maple room for nearly 1800 directly through Treebo, yet there was no drinking water or other basic amenities. Even after we asked, no complimentary breakfast was available. A very bad experience, definitely not recommended.

I felt unsafe because nobody was at reception for a full 24-hour stretch. The rooms were average, and the bathrooms weren’t maintained well.

The rooms didn’t look like the pictures, and the place felt like just a lodge. I wouldn’t recommend it to couples or families.

It’s an expensive, uncomfortable stay, and the route to the hotel is awful. There’s no lift, Wi-Fi, hot water, or other basic amenities. The place isn’t clean and has cracks all over. Staff were completely unhelpful and unsupportive.

The staff helped me from the moment I arrived, guiding my cab to the hotel and assisting with check-in and room facilities. They also responded promptly whenever I had a question or a problem. The room’s Aquaguard provided unlimited water, so I didn’t need to buy plastic bottles, which felt like an eco-friendly option. On my first day, my cab didn’t show up on time and I was running late for work, so a staff member drove me to my work location. Everyone was decent and well mannered. I was very comfortable there and would recommend the hotel.
