Lee Frank by OYO Rooms

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are good, but the main issue is that the rates differ from what's shown in the application. I booked and paid through the OYO application, yet they didn't take that payment into account properly. The site rate and hotel rate were different, and they charged me almost 1300 rs extra. Booking the room was a bad experience.

For the price, this budget hotel was satisfactory. I stayed two days with my wife. The room had decent space, a clean bathroom, a side room, and a really nice balcony. Breakfast was below par, so although it came with the booking, we chose to eat at hotels outside.

The apartment is roomy, and the staff are very good. We had amazing Kerala breakfast, though the tea and coffee could be better. The property's location is a real plus: it's a convenient distance from kazhakootam junction, technopark, and railway station, and 10kms from Trivandrum airport.

There are good, spacious rooms, and local hotels nearby have decent food at decent prices. Drinking water is always available. Hot water, on the other hand, is often missing because they use a solar water heater. There's a common television to watch, and getting fast mobile data is difficult.
