The in-house restaurant was one of the best parts of my stay, with tasty food, good quality and plenty of variety. Aroma Classic Days, Trivandrum is budget friendly and good value, and the staff made the stay comfortable from beginning to end. Ms. Arunima at the Front Office deserves a special mention for being warm, professional and helpful, and for promptly taking care of our needs. I’d recommend the hotel to business or leisure travelers wanting an affordable, comfortable stay in Trivandrum. I look forward to returning.

The relaxing atmosphere and excellent service made for a very pleasant, comfortable stay. Everyone on staff was friendly, polite and ready to help. Special thanks to Arunima and Athira at reception for the warm welcome and support throughout. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were inattentive, unhelpful and short on basic courtesy. Even simple requests took forever, and nobody seemed accountable. Their service was extremely disappointing and really spoiled the experience.
