Star Inn by OYO Rooms

We found a homely atmosphere, spacious parking, and a lovely green setting. The rooms were clean and neat, well furnished, and had enough water. The architecture and ambience were amazing, and customer service was wonderful. It’s close to the city and easy to get to. A great stay for a family.

The staff member had such an attitude and wouldn’t even listen to us. He basically said it was their property and we could stay if we wanted, otherwise we should leave. It was a horrible customer experience and would ruin the holiday mood. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The place was peaceful, with a 3/5 ambience. Rooms were spacious and well built, and the room itself was 4.5/5. Staff were polite and courteous, 4/5. There’s no food here, so that’s 1/5. The location was very inconvenient for both kovalam and Tiruvannanatapuram, also 1/5.

The rooms were clean, and the staff and service were nice. The washroom had no toiletries, and there was no restaurant in the hotel or nearby. Its location isn’t good for tourists. I was disappointed after booking through Agoda under oyo, since it isn’t listed in oyo. Don’t book through an oyo listing. Fortunately, rooms were available when I got there.
