The rooms were spacious, and there was car parking. Beyond that, this is a very basic hotel, so keep expectations low. There was no lift, no hot water, and the AC worked poorly and needs servicing. Wi-Fi was down, and although someone said they’d come when I asked, nobody did. No towels were available because service was disrupted over Christmas. Toiletries weren’t provided until I asked for soap. Nobody was there to help with luggage, and the office person who offered wanted a tip, which I paid. I also had to change the water cans myself. There was no Oyo sign, only a Killi tourist home board.

Good room and service, with unlimited high speed wife. Check-in and check-out were good, and all facilities were available in the room.

Finding the hotel was very difficult since there’s no sign board, and the place is an old building using another name. The receptionist asked for a huge amount because I wanted a delayed check-out.

I left after just five hours because of the condition of the room and the missing basics. On arrival, the bed was stained and had little black particles on it, and the room wasn’t clean. The TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work. The room was on the second floor with no elevator, so I had to haul all my luggage up the stairs.

No lift, no service, and the place is badly maintained. Even the door handles weren’t proper. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at, don’t book here.
