The bedsheets and curtains were dirty, smelly, and nasty. We only stayed one night before our morning airport transfer, thankfully. They don't even provide water, and when you ask for drinking water or parking, the man at reception says it's none of his business. His behavior was awful, and there's no responsible staff. We booked for a family trip, not knowing this was an OYO property. It had only young couples while we were there, and it's a pucca OYO property, despite what it claims on MMT. The Google Maps location is wrong, the actual place is deep inside somewhere else, and there's no phone number listed. The name shown on the hotel is MOURIN PLAZA. Worst hotel, worst management, and worst service. I absolutely don't recommend it for families.

The area around Townhouse, Trivandrum was quiet and pleasant, with food and everyday basics just 100-200 meters away. We had a peaceful family stay. Our room was sparkling clean, the AC worked properly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having parking on the property was convenient too. I’d recommend it for a calm, easy stay in Trivandrum. 👍

After travelling about 100 km for a confirmed pre-booking, I arrived to be told there was no room available. The receptionist's response when we asked why was basically that he didn't care, and his manner was awful. The road to the property is very congested, and the parking was full with just four cars. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend coming here, especially with family. 😓

The bathroom was in terrible shape, the bed was untidy, and there was no hot water. They hadn't provided toiletries or drinking water either. When I raised it, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Parking wasn't proper, and I'm not sure how the place got approved without it. One of the worst stays I've had. Very disappointing. Photos attached for reference.

Rooms 506 and 319 were both a very bad experience. The fan didn't work and the AC wouldn't cool. I asked reception for a fan remote, but they said there wasn't one because the AC was already working. I reported the problem three or four times and got no response or proper action. Parking was also very bad. There was no soap or other items, and drinking water cost extra. I made a mistake choosing this place. Next time I won't stay here or recommend it to anyone. You'd be better off putting up a tent on the roadside if you want a good room.
