Treebo Trend Nandanam Park

There was no parking available. We were told we'd have to wait until 11:30 pm, when the bar closed, to park, and move the car again before it opened. The security guards were arrogant and wouldn't even let us stop long enough to unload our luggage. My wife and I stayed one night. The room was okay for the price, but there was no water all night. No one answered when I called reception, and when I walked there early in the morning, nobody was there, not even a light. A terrible experience.

The room was old, the bathroom fittings were broken, and nothing was cleaned. There was no hot water, and nobody at reception answered calls. If something breaks, don't expect it to be fixed. Please stay away.

I paid in advance for nine air-conditioned rooms booked online a month ahead, then arrived at 7 pm on 2 April. The rooms weren't good and the AC wasn't cooling. Service was very poor, with only two waiters at the hotel, and they wouldn't carry my luggage. I wouldn't recommend staying here. B P Dubey, Jabalpur, MP

The staff weren't helpful or welcoming, and they kept moving us between rooms. The rooms were dusty in every corner, the bathrooms were awful, and there was no Wi-Fi or hot water. The place was badly maintained and untidy. A really horrible stay 😕.
