I had to argue for a room change, even though there were many vacant rooms. Staff told me none were available, which didn’t seem true, and the way they acted felt threatening. One staff member even made a scene. After a long argument I was moved, but the new room had the same problem. The AC was old and loud, and even after waiting with it set to the lowest temperature, it still didn’t cool properly. I kept sweating and couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. I complained to room service but got no proper response on the first call, so I had to call again. A very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were great value for the money. The beds and bathrooms were very neat and clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Check-in was easy, the location was nice, and the room was clean. But when I called to order food, he told me to go order it myself because he had other things to do. The service was bad.

The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the general environment was poor. My room was in bad condition and didn’t meet basic standards. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The management should improve its services. Hotel name: kangappadan Residency Place: viyyur
