The team made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout the meal. We got good value for money, and the food was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked just right. A lovely dining experience at Hotel White Palace Restaurant.

I stayed for one night. The Deluxe Room was clean, but the bath and toilet had a nightclub-like smell. There was no hot water, and room service said the hotel's entire hot water system was broken. The front desk couldn't give me a proper answer when I asked about it. I was also told by phone before check-in that food service ended at 10pm. They really do close then, with no room service at all. It left me wondering how this can be a four-star hotel. The welcome drink mentioned in the booking highlights wasn't offered either.

This is my quiet little breakfast spot in Thrissur. It's small, reasonably priced, and the attention feels personal. Bharati hotel just opposite is too crowded and frantic for me. The restaurant has clean attached toilets, so it's a good place to stop and freshen up before visiting relatives. I first stayed here three years ago, when it was new and immaculate, and they've kept it in good shape since.

Breakfast was a good experience even with the LPG shortage affecting operations. Our table attendant, Ms Athira, gave perfect service. Thank you very much! 🙏🏽😊

A peaceful little spot right in the city. The restaurant staff were especially kind and friendly, and the food was really tasty. Thanks for the service.
