Getting there was a struggle: the place is off the road and has no sign or banner, and calls to the host kept dropping because the connection was weak. The host never called back. The bedsheet, blanket, and pillows were dirty and had ants. I told the host, but it took an hour and several follow-ups before they replaced them and the pillow covers. The service was among the worst I've experienced. The photos on sites like agoda.com and makemytrip.com don't match the rooms available at all, and I believe fake, paid reviews have been posted.

The room was good, the house was clean, and the view was nice. I had a good experience and would go back.

The rooms are good, but the customer service was really, really bad. Service was zero.
