The rooms were pathetic, and online booking wasn't encouraged. I told them while booking that my child is allergic to dust and asked not to be put on the ground floor. They still blocked us into a ground-floor room, where insects, mosquitoes, and centipedes usually live. It was a really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids.

I had already paid 1000 for a booking last month. Our temple visit was cancelled because my daughter had a fever, and in that situation I forgot to tell the hotel. They called to ask about the visit, and I explained that I'd forgotten because of my daughter's health. We're planning to visit next month, January 2026, and I just called to ask for a room. The hotel management said my previous booking was cancelled. What kind of company rules are these, when management can't understand a customer's situation? Why run a hotel if this is how you treat people? I've never seen this kind of behaviour anywhere.

No lift or room service, and the towel they gave us was a bit dirty. Don't book a non-AC room here, you'll die of the heat.

Our room was clean and nice, but the service could've been a bit better. The bathroom heater didn't work during our stay, and they didn't offer an alternative.

It's an average lodge near the temple, fine for a one-day stay. Non-AC rooms are around 2k and AC ones about 2200. The toilet and bedsheets were clean. Restaurants take a bit of a walk to reach, and the bus stand and railway station are 1-2km away.
