For vegetarian families visiting Jodhpur, Hotel Jain Excellency is a clean, well-managed choice with warm hospitality. The food was fresh, hygienic, and extremely tasty, and the hotel provided a comfortable stay with excellent service. The staff were helpful, courteous, and well mannered. Reception was friendly and ready to assist. Special thanks to Mr. Om Singh (Food In-charge) for his humble manner and attentive service, which made dining pleasant. Rafiq from the hotel staff was also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic, comfortable stay, and the convenient location near major attractions was a plus. The food was delicious, and service was both quick and professional. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely come back.

For one night, the room size and food were okay, and the location was good. The main issue was cleanliness and hygiene: there were cockroaches all over the room. Amenities were missing too, with no kettle, and the TV still wasn't fixed after I reported it. I might stay a night, but wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

The room was clean and the food was very nice, but the bathroom needs an upgrade. We reported that the TV wasn't working and it took two hours before it came on. That shouldn't happen when they're charging 2500 per room.
