The Kinnaur Kailash view from the windows is awesome, and the rooms are good. Food was average, but the hospitality made the experience amazing overall. We were tired from a very long journey and not feeling well, with everyone vomiting, and the staff took good care of us. They let us have both food and breakfast in our room when we asked. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help customers really stood out. The staff are so sweet.

We spent three days here with our husky and had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A very good pet-friendly hotel option in Kalpa.

Good value for money, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The common areas were great too, and the place had a warm, social feel. Amazing hotel, highly recommended!

We stayed on 30th May. The rooms, food, service, and view were all excellent, though the room allocation could have been better.
