Hotel Grand Stay

We booked a suite, but the rooms felt cramped and average, and the bathrooms were small. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty and stained. They didn't provide soap or towels, and the doors had no inner lock, only a key lock, which didn't feel safe for families or couples. There was no car parking either. The hotel is far inside from the main road, reached by a very narrow path along a dirty drainage area. The receptionist was already irritating and full of attitude when we arrived, and gave no proper guidance or support. That attitude spoiled the stay. We won't book here again. Calling it a zero-star hotel is too generous.

A total waste of money. There was no parking, and they directed us to paid parking some distance away, so we had to carry our luggage all the way. The owner or manager was pathetic. We booked through @makemytrip and were told we'd get a refund if we cancelled, so we did. When MakeMyTrip's customer team called, the hotel agreed to refund us over the phone, then rejected the request by email. This happened five times in a row. Never book here.

The location was passable, but the rooms weren't adequate and the service was missing. It was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place for a business trip.

We paid ₹1200 per night online, while the offline price was around ₹2000, but even at that rate it didn't feel worth it. The hotel is near Fort, though cabs can't reach it, so you have to walk about 200m from the main road. The room felt cramped and had poor air circulation, and the bathroom was very small. There was just a shared water heater, and no towel or soap was provided. It wasn't comfortable overall, and the amenities and convenience need a lot of improvement.
