This is an older apartment-style service home on a narrow street. We had a two-room apartment with a hall and kitchen. It could suit a family or group of friends, but the kitchen had no utensils or even a kettle. The bathroom had no water heater. They said the water was solar heated, but after letting two or three buckets run, we still got no hot water, which is a big drawback in winter. Parking is first come, first served. Nearby restaurants weren’t so great, though Aruna cafe is good for coffee. We booked through booking.com, but they asked for cash. We hadn’t brought any, and after a bit of fuss we paid through gpay. No bill or invoice was provided. The room was clean, the beds looked a little old, and the AC made a huge noise. It’s an okay place overall.

We found the 2BHK apartment unclean, with used linen and no real facilities. The manager was rude and unwelcoming. There wasn’t even bottled water, soap, a towel, or a hot water kettle. The kitchen had only a platform, with no cutlery or electric stove, so it might as well not have been there. Lift access is only from the ground floor. If you’re on the fourth floor, you have to go down to use it to bring your luggage down; I saw several guests carrying bags down the stairs. It’s very inconvenient for the price.

On 1st Feb 2026, Room 202 smelled like rotten meat, and the bathroom did too. The room was not clean at all, and there was no hot water.

A well maintained place with friendly staff, a good car park, and reasonable prices. It works well for group stays, and several reasonably priced restaurants are within walking distance. I’d highly recommend it.

RBS Nest gave us a five-star experience in Trichy. The furnished apartments were very clean and well maintained, better than homes, and the location was right in the middle of the city, close to amenities and attractions. There were plenty of food options within walking distance too. The place felt safe and secure, and the kids had free Wi-Fi. Staff were kind and friendly. We’ll choose RBS for future stays and recommend it to our friends.
