The bed was old, uneven, and so uncomfortable it felt like a broken cot. The room itself was dirty, with floor stains, dusty furniture, and cobwebs in the corners. It also stank, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days, and the toilets were filthy and smelled so bad they were hard to use. There seemed to be no housekeeping or maintenance. The staff didn’t seem to care about guest comfort, and management appeared just as unconcerned. Hotel Maharaja Residency was a horrible experience for hygiene, comfort, and management. It’s unfit for families or anyone wanting a decent stay. Save your money and avoid it.

The bathroom was quite clean, and the Family Room itself was fine for our one-night stay. The blankets and pillows, though, weren’t clean, which was disappointing. Just an okay stay.

Sri Maharaja Residency was super convenient for me, and I had a fantastic time there. The service was outstanding, and the rooms were cozy and impeccable. Truly a wonderful stay!

They agreed to our late check-in around 7 pm and late checkout around 4 pm, which I really appreciated. We stayed in both a Premium Room and a suite. The Premium Room felt small for the price, and breakfast wasn’t included. Some suites are spacious, but the five-bed suite had only one restroom, which is a drawback. Room sizes vary for the prices quoted across most online platforms.

A good budget-friendly option. The hotel is easy to spot on the busy main road, and the rooms are spacious with the necessary amenities. Food from the ground-floor restaurant was good and arrived on time. Staff were helpful, the elevator worked, and there was plenty of parking in the underground area.
