The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the South Indian dishes, which came out hot and well prepared. We had lunch at Hotel Apple Tree, Tirunelveli, and found the dining room neat and comfortable. Service was prompt and professional, and the staff stayed courteous and attentive. A good choice in Tirunelveli for lunch with family, friends, or a business meeting. Recommended for the food and service.

We needed Idiayappam packed for our train trip because my child can't eat the train food. Head chef Mr. Selvakumar kindly agreed to prepare it, and I really appreciated that. Breakfast and lunch were both very good quality. From the moment we arrived at hotel applettree, everyone was welcoming and courteous. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was nice too.

Ms. MEENA at the front Desk made check-in easy and stress-free. She was thoughtful, courteous, cooperative, and remarkably helpful. We also had very good room service, and the restaurant was pleasant, with a lovely ambience and amazing staff led by Mr Shankaran. The menu was good and the food tasted great. We were comfortable throughout our stay. Thanks, Apple Tree, for making it memorable.

Don't miss the filter coffee after breakfast. The breakfast itself was very nice, with a good spread, a homely taste, and responsible service. Staff were courteous, and I really appreciated being able to choose a pillow from the pillow menu. For this segment, the property is budget friendly and right in the heart of the city.

We took local pilgrimage trips using the hotel's Travel Desk, and the vehicle and driver were very good. Our late check-in, around 11 pm, went smoothly, as did checkout. Neena at Reception had also helped book our room over the phone. This was our fifth visit, and on this trip we stayed two nights, 7th & 8th January 2026, in the Jasmine Executive Room. The room and bathroom were very well maintained. The restaurant remains superb, with CHEF SELVA KUMAR and his team serving exceptional food and service. We brought Halwa home in a specially made stainless steel container with the Hotel logo on it. It was delicious.
