The staff are kind and easy to approach, and room service is excellent. The rooms are compact, but comfortable and well maintained. There's 24-hour hot water for bathing, plus cool and normal drinking water available around the clock. Inverter backup keeps power cuts from being a problem, and CCTV adds to the feeling of safety. With a bus stand and auto stand nearby, getting around is easy. Plenty of hotels and bakeries close by serve food, tea, and snacks. Please keep up this level of service.

We had a nice family stay and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were neat, the lodging facilities were good, and we received a warm welcome at the entrance. The location is useful too, with autos and buses available even late at night. When we checked out, the hotel gave us a monthly sheet calendar with broader details about each day. My experience here was good. Thanks to the hotel.

I'm a regular here because it feels homely, and the food is so nice, especially the avial. This time our grandson enjoyed the chilly parota and the nan side Dishes. Very nice, keep it up.

The reception desk gave us a good welcome, and the location inside the city is an advantage. The rooms aren't up to standard, though, and feel a little costly for what you get. A lot needs improvement, especially keeping the hot water and AC in good working order.

The location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, but maintenance is poor. The washrooms are in very bad shape, and there was no hot water after noon. The old-fashioned window AC also cools poorly, so this place needs a lot of improvement.
