We spent four days there, and nobody came to clean the room or change the sheets. The AC didn’t work properly either. There were three or four managers, but they didn’t keep a proper log of deposits, and at checkout they said there was no deposit. They harassed us for money and even knocked on the door at midnight asking for it. A bad experience.

Cockroaches all over, no ventilation, and overpriced. The worst residency.

The receptionist and owner gave customers poor responses and the service was very bad. I’ll never come back. A very bad experience.

This is more a place to leave luggage before going to the temple than somewhere to stay. I booked online and got the smallest rooms, even though rooms were available; only the receptionist knows why. We stayed three days, with no food or refreshments, and room service never responded. The room wasn’t cleaned despite repeated reminders. Parking fits at most two cars, and if yours is parked at the back, they disturb you while you’re sleeping to move it when another car needs to get out. Lots of problems.

The staff were polite, but the hotel itself was really poor. There was no cleanliness at all: the sheets were dirty, and they “forgot” to provide towels and other things. The combined bathroom and toilet was very dirty and had no washbasin.
