I was charged for two days even though I didn't stay for more than two hours, and that says a lot about the service. When booking, the man said OYO ran the place and that service would be great, but the rooms were unclean and the bathrooms were awful, more like a third-rate lodge. There was no ventilation, cockroaches, poor lighting, and it didn't seem staff had cleaned before handing over rooms. This experience made me lose faith in OYO service. Don't waste your money here, book directly instead.

The rest was clean, but they hadn't provided soap or hair oil. There were a few small stains on the blanket and bedsheet, and on the commode.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. The rooms were unhygienic, the bedsheets dirty, and no water bottle was provided. The bathrooms were poor and the maintenance was terrible.

There was a heater in the room, but it didn't work. They also didn't provide any water bottles and told us to buy them outside. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the mattress, sheet and blanket all had dirt and food stains.

Don't book this place. The linen was dirty, the rooms were bad, and there was a foul smell. They didn't even provide drinking water. The photos on the OYO app looked altered and the reviews seemed fake. Families should stay away, just ignore this hotel.
