Clean, neat rooms and good service made for a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location is very close to Tirumala check post, and the rooms have all the necessities. Food and service were good. One thing to keep in mind: room cleaning happens when guests are out, using a master key, so keep your luggage locked and safe. Otherwise, it’s a very good place to stay.

I chose this place while visiting the temple and working from home because I was told it had WiFi. It never worked during my two-day stay, despite my repeated complaints, and no one took action. Mobile reception in the area was poor too, so logging in for work became a real problem. The lack of honesty bothered me, and they were also planning to charge for water on the second day, though most hotels provide at least one free bottle per night. Parking can become your responsibility when there are many guests, since the space in front fills quickly. I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s a good place let down by bad management.

The team looked after us patiently and cheerfully, and we had a good stay. Since the property had only recently opened when we visited, everything felt fresh and neat. It’s close to the tirumala entry point, with plenty of stores nearby, and the veg meals we had for lunch were tasty and filling. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. The key for room 205 didn’t work, so we got an alternate card that seemed more like a master key. That felt riskier, though we trusted them, and I’m sure they’ll sort it out eventually.
