Disappointing Stay – Not the Hotel It Used to Be This used to be one of my favorite hotels, and I’ve had very pleasant experiences staying here in the past. However, due to ongoing renovations, the current standard has dropped significantly, and I cannot recommend staying here until the work is completely finished. The Rooms: The rooms and restrooms were not clean, and there was a distinct lack of proper lighting and ventilation. Furthermore, the AC was not cooling enough in any of the rooms we were shown. We stayed from 5th-6th Sep 2025. Rooms were dirty with no dustbin,foot mattress,TV wasnt enabled, WI-FI not working, room service was bad and all the more driver accomodation provided was worst..its not worth the money spent and food is prepared internally in absence of restaurant and its kind of okay but not worth the money spent. overall experience worst

Good location, bit away from Girivalam route. It is under renovation, so restaurant is closed but room service is available. They have a large secured parking nearby.
