The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and neat, and the AC, heater, and TV were all good quality. The staff were polite and helpful. The place is right across the temple road, directly opposite the temple. It seems very under-rated, maybe because the owner doesn’t know how important Google reviews are.

Room rates are alright, and being near the temple is an advantage, but I don’t think it’s worth the time, energy, or money. During the day, the rooms got incredibly hot, and the ACs seemed old or in need of servicing. We were glad we only used the rooms to sleep at night, since it was much cooler outside. When we returned from Girivalam at 1:30am, there was a power cut or load issue. It took them 1.5 hours to fix it, despite us following up constantly.

The single bedroom was tiny and had no proper ventilation, even though the Google photos showed a much larger double bedroom. The location is very near the temple, but please don’t choose it just for that. I stayed in peak summer and couldn’t spend even 5 mins indoors without A/C. There was also a low-voltage problem and frequent power cuts. Room service was absent or poor.

The rooms cost a lot for how tiny they are. There were so many cockroaches in the room too.
