The staff were attentive, accommodating, and very good to deal with, and the service was awesome. The rooms were tidy and clean, with a nice aroma. I loved the ambience at the rooftop restaurant, and the food was good too. Visit for some of their authentic food.

We had to call and remind them about water bottles every day. They always had reasons for not providing breakfast, water, or replacements for soap and shampoo. When we first entered the room, there were cockroaches, cobwebs in the toilets, and stains everywhere. Management and maintenance were the worst. The parking lot is tiny, and the guard keeps telling you to park outside because lounge and drinking customers get priority.

For the price, the service needs to improve. The room towels weren’t properly cleaned, there were lots of mosquitoes, extra water cost money, and room service rates were high. They insisted on charging 120 rupees for four bottles even after we returned two. Then they charged the same amount again the next morning, although we’d paid the night before. When I asked for a receipt that night, I was told it would be adjusted in the bill. Bad service.
