The worst hotel in Tuticorin, the one and only. No room service, intercom, AC, restroom exhaust fan, receipt, towel, heater, response, or car parking.

After traveling a long way from vellore, we discussed a room with the staff and they agreed to give us one. Then they said it wasn’t available at that price. We accepted paying extra, but after that they said there were no rooms available. This was at 11.25pm. The worst experience I’ve had.

The toilet facilities weren’t good, and maintenance was poor. Room service was poor too, with the landline not working. Management was poor, and it wasn’t worth the cost.

Nice hospitality and really good rooms. It’s a nice place for a family stay.

It’s in a prominent spot, but the room cost per day seemed a little high for the services offered, especially compared with nearby hotels. The complimentary breakfast we got during my visit wasn’t good.
