The parking lot was good, and the buffet was nice. The food tasted good, though service was a little slow. In the morning, the water was only at normal temperature, not hot enough for a bath. The bedspreads had been washed, but they were very old.

We had a pleasant dinner at SRM Hotel. The calm, family-friendly ambience made us comfortable, and the staff were polite throughout. The food tasted fresh and the portions were good. It was a memorable evening for us, so thanks to the team for making it special.

The festive décor gave the place a lovely holiday feel, and the desserts were the best part of our New Year dinner. There was a good spread of tasty dishes at a well-presented buffet. Staff were courteous and attentive, with very good service all evening. Highly recommended.

We had lunch at SRM hotel on 2nd Oct 2025, and the service and food were good. I was pleasantly surprised that the meal included everything from starters through dessert. The shahi Tukra stood out, with well-fried bread and rabdi at just the right consistency. The boys serviced us very well. We had a very good experience.

The restaurant was disappointing too. They couldn’t make a lime soda properly, and the chicken fried rice was overcooked and tasteless. Even the restaurant manager tried it and apologized. Our first room hadn’t been cleaned, so we had to switch, but there was no water in the restroom there and the intercom didn’t work. We waited an hour for the water problem to be fixed. Bad experience.
