The food was amazing, and Virender Singh made dinner especially enjoyable. He runs the restaurant with warmth and professionalism, was attentive and polite, and we had a lovely chat with him. The villas and suites are spacious and comfortable, with a modern design that still feels special. I loved the natural waterfall on the property. Around it, the resort feels like a forest retreat, with well-kept gardens, trails, open spaces, ducks and rabbits, and plenty of peaceful spots for a walk or photos. Set among the green Aravali hills, it’s a calm escape from the city near Udaipur, and a lovely mix of comfort and nature.

The location is great if you like nature, and the staff and food are awesome. The rooms, though, feel a little old and dark.

We booked the resort for a group of friends, and the rooms and beds were in very bad condition. Service was pathetic and very poor. Maintenance is zero. They seem interested in earning money but not investing in or looking after the place. They also haven't returned our 15,000 rupees, despite promising by email and in signed and stamped notes that they would. If I could give a negative star rating, I definitely would. Please never go there.

The service let the stay down. Staff weren't helpful, and the food quality was below what I expected. The setting itself is beautiful, with lush greenery and a peaceful feel, and the nearby waterfall is a nice place to relax. With better management, this could be a real gem for people who love nature.
