The extra fees caught me off guard because they hadn't been clearly explained when I booked. For the price, I expected better. The room also had obvious hygiene problems, both in the bedroom and bathroom, and hadn't been cleaned properly. I hope management takes this seriously and improves things.

The location was the one real plus: Gangaur Ghat, City Palace, and the old city are nearby, so sightseeing was convenient. The rest didn't feel worth what we paid. The room had no AC, though we were charged as if it did, and the view was below average. The rooftop restaurant was closed as well. Cleanliness and upkeep were poor. There wasn't even a bathroom mat, so water spread into the room, and the wardrobe was in bad shape. There were two of us but just one towel; when we asked for another, they wanted extra payment, which felt unprofessional. With better maintenance, cleanliness, and more honest service, this place could improve, but as it is, the facilities and service don't justify the cost.

That rooftop view alone makes this place worth a stay. It's a lovely spot for a quiet evening or morning coffee. The owner was another highlight, so friendly and helpful, with good suggestions whenever we needed them. It felt like staying with family. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of nearby places to visit, eat, or just walk around. Everything was easy to get to. Great value and a welcoming feel. I'd happily come back.
