The pretty ambience made the stay at Downtown BnB feel lovely. Mr. Pramod, the hotel manager, was kind and humble, and arranged an early check-in without charging extra. Thanks for the service. I’d recommend Downtown bed and breakfast to friends and others looking for a nice day stay.
Mr Pramod was especially helpful and handled all sorts of tasks. The staff were professional, and the food was quite good and on the healthier side. Rooms were neat and clean, with high standards of upkeep.
Tourist spots are close to the hotel, which made getting around easy. I had a fantastic stay, and all the staff behaved well and were professional.
The hotel’s design and the room interiors were really nice, and being close to the famous tourist spots made it very convenient. The service was truly exceptional. One of the best properties I’ve stayed in, and I’d highly recommend it to everyone! 🏨✨🗺️👍
What’s advertised online is totally different from reality. Once you arrive, they charge almost one-third more than the listed price, and even that feels far too high for the facilities. The room door lock didn’t work, the bed was very dirty, and the AC made a khat khat noise all night. They supplied an electric kettle and sugar, but no milk or coffee powder. Breakfast was said to include many items, but only poha and tea were available. I refused breakfast and had the breakfast charge deducted. This hotel feels like a complete scam.
