The lift stopped working for long stretches, and the poor maintenance caused real trouble for guests with luggage and elderly people. The rooms weren't properly prepared, the washrooms weren't clean, and hygiene felt neglected, which is unacceptable at these prices. We booked Belle Vue Villa for a friend's wedding, hoping for an easy, memorable stay, but the management and service made the event stressful instead. Staff were unresponsive, poorly trained, and unprofessional. We had to keep chasing housekeeping, basic help, and wedding coordination, and things still came late or were only half done. They also kept calling to complain about noise, even when we were just moving a chair. That kind of policing was irritating and spoiled the mood. Communication and coordination were poor throughout, with complications at every step instead of help with an important event. Belle Vue Villa fell short of basic expectations in service, upkeep, and attitude. I wouldn't book it for a wedding or other important event. There are better options that value their guests and provide proper hospitality.

We were there for our best friend's wedding, and the property ruined the experience. There are no stairs, and the lift got stuck, leaving us trapped below for almost an hour. The sign pointing to the stairs is ironic, since there aren't any. Rooms weren't in proper condition: no geyser or shower, no proper cleaners, broken lamps in every room, and poor lighting in rooms 204 and 206. The windows in the attached rooms didn't have locks, so there was no safety. Stay at your own risk. We booked as a bachelors after the owner said we could party and enjoy ourselves, but later he spoke rudely and disrespectfully and asked us to leave. By far the worst property I've stayed in anywhere in India. I wish I could give zero stars, but Google doesn't allow it.

The view is the only reason I'd give this place two stars. It doesn't look like the photos, and the pool was so dirty it seemed like it hadn't been used in two years. There were just two lamps for lighting, and they barely lit the room. The bathroom smelled awful, and its flush and the geyser didn't work.

Breakfast was excellent, and the views made all our photos special. Belle Vue Villa was peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. A lovely couple's getaway with some unforgettable moments.

The owner and staff felt like family, and the views were amazing. Breakfast was so good, I already miss the aloo paratha, aloo Puri, pahua, and everything else they served. Lovely villa, 10/10.
